Cancel Policy
- Cancellation by travelerCancellation requests must be made by e-mail.
Please kindly understand that you will not be considered to have cancelled your reservation until you receive a
confirmation email from us. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees per person per
confirmed reservation will apply
(a) Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the scheduled tour
departure date will forfeit the deposit.
(b) Cancellation between 31 and 44 days prior to the scheduled
departure date of the tour: 50% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
(c) Cancellation
less than 30 days prior to scheduled tour departure: 100% of the tour price will be charged.
Cancellation of
arrangements made by a third party vendor will be charged a fee in accordance with that vendor. No refunds will
be made for unused or cancelled services after arrangements have commenced.
- Traveler ChangesChange fees are not charged to travelers unless charged by
third-party suppliers. Suppliers such as airlines, hotels, and other tour operators may charge additional change
fees. Some suppliers consider a change of name as a cancellation rather than a change, and cancellation fees may
apply.
- Cancellation and Change by Tsumugi TravelIn the event of natural disasters,
war, riots, suspension of travel services by transportation or accommodation agencies, orders by government
authorities, or other reasons beyond our control, we may cancel or change the tour itinerary if it is impossible
or highly likely to be impossible to carry out the tour safely and smoothly in accordance with the itinerary.
In addition, if we are obliged to add or change services and the tour fee increases, we may ask you to pay
additional charges for the added or changed services.
